Autumn Equinox – Reflection & Release
As nature transitions, so do we. The autumn retreats are a time to release what no longer serves you, reflect on the past season, and prepare for what’s ahead. Workshops focus on letting go, practicing gratitude, and finding clarity.
Winter Solstice – Rest & Restoration
Winter is a time of stillness and inner reflection. These retreats are designed to help you slow down, restore your energy, and tune into your inner wisdom. Topics include self-compassion, rest as a form of resistance, and honouring your personal rhythms.
