March 21st 2026 Spring Retreat: Stories of Emergence
Date: Saturday March 21st
Time: 1:00pm-4:30pm
The Allery at The Forks
Only 10 spots available
Spring is a threshold season. It marks the equinox- when light and dark briefly meet before the dawn of longer, sunnier days. Across cultures, spring has long been associated with renewal, possibility, and the return of life that has been quietly growing beneath the surface.
Holding this retreat at The Forks is intentional. For thousands of years, this place has been a place to gather- a meeting point of rivers, peoples, trade, stories, and seasonal movement. In Métis culture in particular, spring signals awakening, connection to the earth, and preparation for what comes next. It is a time of readiness rather than urgency.
Stories of Emergence is a psychologist-led spring wellness retreat that draws on these themes. Together we will reflect on the stories we carry about ourselves and our lives, and consider what is quietly ready to emerge from within. This retreat offers space to discern what you want to nurture and what you can let rest as the seasons change.
The experience weaves together:
Facilitated group conversation focused on shared reflection, meaning-making, and consciousness-raising around the narratives that shape our lives
Guided reflective and embodied practices that invites participants to decide how they want to tend to themselves this season.
This is an intimate, small-group retreat designed to balance thoughtful dialogue with inward reflection within a supportive communal space. It is grounded in evidence-based psychological perspectives and held with care and intention.
Led by Dr. Jacquie and Dr. Kate, clinical psychologists. While reflective and meaningful, this retreat is not therapy. It is a facilitated wellness experience oriented toward insight, perspective, and seasonal alignment.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve the depth of the experience.
