The Leaf – Elm Room, Assiniboine Park Conservatory
Winnipeg
Early Bird ends Nov 15 — save $30 when you register early!
Why this retreat
Polaris retreats are for women in transition — because like the seasons, our lives move in cycles. The Winter Solstice reminds us that dormancy and reflection are as powerful as growth. This day is a pause before the holidays: steady your nervous system, set kind boundaries, and explore “enoughness” so the next season begins lighter.
“If you want to feel encouraged and connected to others seeking wisdom and renewal, come to a Polaris Wellness Retreat.” ~Past PWR participant
Who this is for

Catered lunch and seasonal snacks by Assiniboine Park Conservancy (GF/DF/veg options available)
Evidence-based tools for calm, reflection, and boundaries
Practical strategies for addressing overconsumption
Mindfulness and grounding practices you can take home

“Today’s retreat was good for my soul. It allowed me the opportunity to welcome change and growth, encouraged me to explore in other ways than I am used to, and helped me gently challenge my beliefs and stuck points. It was welcoming, informative, hands on, encouraging and uplifting. It was also held in such a beautiful space that honoured the energy and intention.” ~Premiere PWR Participant
